Working downstairs at Beaumont Hospital

Recently I have had the opportunity to work at different location in Beaumont Hospital. I now work in the kitchen food proration area. It’s is very busy all the time.  It also is Quite  loud. Sometimes I feel like I need my headphones.

The people I work with are very kind. They greet me with a smile and freindly hello. If I need help all I have to do is ask and they will give me what I need.  They play really hip music  and they sing to it while they work.
Most days I scoop strawberry sauce and place it in a small serving cup. It’s really easy and I like it. One day I was asked to fill bags with rolls before my shift ended. That’s was an easy job also. Drying trays was a job I use to do when I first started. It was ok, but I sometimes felt I didn’t do a good job drying. Overall I must say that I love working downstairs in the kitchen area. It’s the best job I’ve had,
