My tenure at Beaumont began on March 4, with my first task entailing the preparation of 7 boxes of bacon, totaling 90 pounds, for later cooking. Using two boxes of bacon, I arranged one sheet per tray, with six pieces per tray, ensuring minimal contact. The tray corners were folded over, and the trays were stored in a bus tub. At the end of my shift, I ensured the sanitation of all high-touch points.
On March 6th, my duties included preparing two boxes of bacon, totaling 60 pieces, followed by six boxes of sausage meat, approximately 70 pieces. I then directed my attention to sanitizing high-touch point surfaces, including door handles, doors, and cafeteria tables. A notable aspect of my day was enjoying ice cream for appreciation week and meeting Morgan, a project search student And also seeing Sarah.
