MY TRIP TO OSCODA MICHIGAN DAY ONE 7/17/2021

 

We left the house at 11 o’clock kind of late because it took a long time to pack the car. We stopped at the Cracker Barrel at exit 144. I found a new Scooby Doo shirt there. I had mac & cheese and chicken for lunch.  To drink I had the new watermelon lemonade. We went out to dinner at the restaurant called the mountain I  split a pizza with my sister we got half and half of what we wanted  our side. Then we relax the rest of the night.

CAN'T BELIEVE IT BEEN 4 YEARS MISS YOU MAXIE

 Happy Birthday 

When I was little she would always come to my party at my house and we would sit outside and we would play  with my baby dolls togther . My favorite memory is of my aunt Maxine. I used to go visit her at old folks home in Cambridge North Healthcare Center in Clawson Michigan.  When I used to go to visit her,  I’d bring her some snacks and like McDonald’s and a coke, but only when we went to McDonald’s. We would sit there and eat together. Every week I would bring her Bigby coffee and a muffin or donut holes.  She loved me being there with her and I would sit there and talk to her. On Wednesdays, I liked playing bingo with her but we never would win the game.  In the summer we would always eat outside I would bring her some lunch or dinner, depending on the time of day that I and my mom go to visit her.  She loved drinking her Pepsi and I brought her one every time. I liked watching mom’s movies with her all afternoon until it was time to leave. My favorite part is when we had her birthday party. My moms sister Laura brought the cake and my mom brought the food and drinks. My mom's aunt Maxine started to cry when we sang happy birthday to her. I wish I could’ve spent more time with her. We had so much fun and I still love her so much. The best time was when I and my sister Abbey came to visit her when they had a band there playing music.  I spun her around in her wheelchair while we listened to the music she loved it so much! She would always kiss my hand that made me feel good inside when she did that. She loved the sweets-- everything from cake to candy to cookies. Sometimes I would bring her that stuff. My second favorite memory was when we brought her thanksgiving dinner. I loved spending Thanksgiving with her. Just a week before she passed away we were just switching her rooms to one downstairs because we thought it was going to be better for her, but she hated it when we left to go home.  She would cry downstairs.  We thought the new room would be better for her.   It’s always loud upstairs and one time there was a  Chinese resident trying to smack me on the arm -- that Chinese lady had one of Maxine’s favorite shirts one time and then my mom tried to get it back she tried smacking my mom’s shoulder. My sad memory was 3 days after prom she passed away. I was so excited to tell her about the prom.  I found out when my mom got a phone call from her sister Laura.  She was told to come and say her good-byes.  I cried so hard seeing her laying in there helpless. After her passing my mom told me not to be afraid of old people, to treat them like me and you. Even though she is not here anymore it taught me to live every day, to inspire people, and to help people around you. I also learned to give back to the world. We had a great relationship together, I feel good I could tell her anything going on in my life either what happened at home or at school.  I showed her pictures on my phone every day to tell her what has been going on this week. At home, I have a locket with her picture in it and I’m gonna wear it every day to remember her when I find the right picture to put in it. She even died before her birthday this year and that made me really sad on her birthday and I even let some balloons go in the sky to remember her with some words on the balloons. Every day I asked her if she wanted to go work at the nurse’s station she would always tell me no.  I wish she could have lived longer. She died the same year her brother Bob passed away.  It’s nice that they have each other in heaven. I really cared for her I loved helping her spent every Tuesday and Thursday with her for an hour and Sometimes I wanted to stay later to see her but my mom said it was time to go home to eat dinner. I always wanted to go to my mom’s aunts gravesite but my mom said no I couldn’t go there because it was in a bad neighborhood. And that made me really sad that I couldn’t go talk to her.  Aunt Maxine made my life better, even though her life wasn’t good.  I’ll always be thankful that I had her.  I chose his person because I always saw her and when I was little she always came to my house .

UPDATE ON MY GREENHOUSE

 my snap peas I started getting flowers.I had one lemon on my lemon plant on my deck but unfortunately the lemon fell off I had it sitting in the window but I didn’t ripen so I had to throw it out. I started to get some green peppers growing. I am also taking real good care of my five tomatoes plants and for cucumbers I also have growing two radishes one carrot one regular pee One pickle I haven’t got around to set up my new greenhouse where you put the soil inside it that’s gonna be either for my lettuce or my watermelon

                                          

UPDATE ON SHADOW 🐶🐶

This is my dog shadow Lee Tucker he’s about seven months old on   October 7, 2020 we got him he was eight weeks old  I got a new dog just because  we lost are other dog away  over summer I still love her even though she’s not here anymore

Which he still a puppy and he is a Labre doodle retriever boy dog 

one of my cat Maggie that’s black and white doesn’t like him probably because she grew up with the other dog they were puppy and kitten at the same time but she past way last summer and she hasn’t  warmed up to  shadow yet the other cat JT doesn’t like the dog because he teases the dog we have the dog on a leash under the couch like because my dad is was handicap and uses a cane didn’t wanna get up 1 million times to get the dog we went through so many leashes blankets the dog loves to lay on his back loves to drink lots of water loves Cheerios and treats he likes to go out in the backyard with his ball and we didn’t want him hurting the cats that’s what we have them on the  he’s  leash  attached the couch leg. 

Working at Beaumont during summer

6/30/2021this summer I started working in the cafeteria. I was going to work in nutritional services but they didn’t have much for me to do except  wipe down carts and I got tired of doing that after a while of doing it during the school year for three months. Lately in the cafeteria we’ve been shortstaffed so a lot of times I’ve been working in the dishroom by myself some days. Today both dish machines were down the one in the  back room where they use for pots and pans. Also our machine was down but they got it fixed right away because it was just the belt wasn’t moving but They fixed it with a zip tie. Well normally Samir does the dining room but she’s on  vacation  for two weeks so Wanda was doing the dining room and dish room but she wasn’t in the dishroom with me a lot. So I was mostly in the back room by myself today. It was a really super busy day Alan was supposed to be in the back room with me but he had to go on salad bar for the hole day because they were short staff out there. I was supposed to work till 230 but I had to go home early because I was mopping the back room and my pants split right down the middle where you could see my underwear in the front so I had to go home anyways I have an extra pair of work pants so it didn’t matter and they were old pair. 

LET’S GO TO SUMMER VACATION

 This Thursday is the last day of the 2020-2021 school year. I am looking forward to my summer vacation. This year had lots of changes in my normal school schedule. I had to be flexible and go along with some big changes to my school routine. I learned how to do group lessons on google using google meet.  The plan is to return to our normal TRAILS schedule at the start of 2021 2022 school year.  The first day of school was September 7th, 2021. I am looking forward to going back to the YMCA next year. I am also looking forward to getting back to shopping. I am proud of my school year and all the changes I have overcome.

PICNIC OUTSIDE

 This week at school I am planning a picnic with my friends and stuff. It is important to remember that whenever I am planning to do something outside I need to be aware that plans might change with the weather. If I could choose to have  a picnic anywhere in the world I would choose My moms aunt Pauline house in Florida it’s by Cocoa beach.  I would want the weather to be nice and cool. One main dish would be hamburger. The sides would be watermelon and mozzarella sticks. A dessert would be Ice cream. At my picnic I would serve pop and lemonade to drink.
