MOVIE REVIEW OF GET A CLUE (1997 FILM)

This movie is such a disappointment movie they took an amazing book that I couldn’t put down into a children’s Nancy drew style film just like the other ones, and it was similar to the movie clue the movie. There are so many things wrong with this film, for example: it’s missing flora, Madame hoo and a few other main characters! All the characters look and act completely wrong in this movie, per example: in Ellen raskin’s book, turtle wexler is described as a Mature 13 year old girl with a long brown braid down her back and a stern face, in this film she looks like a small 9 or seven-year-old  child. I’m honestly so disappointed with this because this film had so much potential!!! Maybe if I watched a couple times, I would like the movie, but I wasn’t really paying attention to it much. it had an OK plot twist, but somethings were obvious dissolve. it was nothing like the  clue the movie or the Disney Channel original movie get a clue or nothing like Nancy Drew.

MOVIE REVIEW OF HANNAH MONTANA THE MOVIE (2009)

 Miley Cyrus returns as Miley Stewart and her alter ego, pop sensation, Hannah Montana. In this film, her father forces her to return to her hometown in Tennessee where she remembers who she is. Full disclosure: I was obsessed with Hannah Montana when it first came out on Disney Channel. The plot is fairly enjoyable if you can ignore the scenes that are specifically targeting the 6-14-year-old girl demographic to make them laugh. The music, while cranked out by the Disney machine, is fun and a few songs are heartfelt. It creates an interesting dynamic to have a father-daughter relationship on screen with a real father and his daughter playing the parts. The tabloid villain is a throwaway plot that should have been left out of the film so they could have focused more on the land baron villain. If you are the target demographic or remember the television series fondly, then give this film a watch, otherwise skip it.

MOVIE REVIEW OF TOWER OF TERROR MOVIE (1997)

 

A movie I would always watch as a kid. I loved the story, the music, etc. Decided to rewatch it tonight after all these years and it's still just as good as I remember. The opening sequence along with the music is something that has always got my attention. The characters are interesting and entertaining. I own it on VHS and DVD I've seen it probably a thousand times there's also a ride at Disney based on it. 5/5 recommend.

I went to a job mock interview /job fair today

IMPORTANT REMINDERS:

• Please be prepared with 10 copies of your resume to hand out.

• Dress appropriately as if you were going to a real job interview.

Each interview will be limited to no more than 10 minutes there was 11 interview people there, but I only got time to interview with eight different companies. One company wrote down that I like to clean and do janitorial work because I did that at Providence Hospital in high school person wrote down that I loved cooking and one person wrote down that I was very good on the computer and could navigate it. Well I smiled the whole time and looked at people n the eyes had pizza, but I didn’t eat any. I just had some of the salad and a sprite and some of my Cheez-Its my roll of my fruit snacks.

 We don’t have jobs yet. We did a lot of walking through the hospital and walking through the tunnels. It’s hot down there. We took a long walk around the hospital outside did a lot of instructional work. And we got our badges.
