Thanksgiving Day

 

THANKSGIVING DAY

Today on Thanksgiving we are having a ham not turkey because our big oven is still broken well that works out because half of my dad side of the family doesn’t eat ham on Christmas so turkey works out. I helped my mom get things ready the day before. I made my sister premade turkey cookies I also made a cheesecake which everyone loved. I also made my famous green bean casserole. On Thanksgiving day I put my cheesy potatoes in the crockpot to cook all day. Also I watch the parade with my dad and my dog sleeping next to me on the couch on channel 4 from 9 to 12 in between I stirred my cheesy potatoes I also Made a fruit salad to go along with dinner. We also had sweet potatoes rolls mashed potatoes left over from school green bean casserole ham and cheesy potatoes for dinner for dessert I made homemade whipping cream for the pumpkin pie and cheesecake.

Today we lost a dear friend my cousin Scott

 Today November 11th we had services for my cousin Scott he’s my dad‘s nephew. he was buried in the same place that his mom was buried he also was buried in the same place my dad‘s parents are. He worked at Panera bread for 19 years we found out he had a heart attack she came home and found him deceased.

MAD HATTER BISTRO/BAR/TEA ROOM.

 On November 6th I went to the mad hatter restaurant that was Alice in Wonderland themed with my mom and her friend and daughter. It was not what I imagined they didn’t really have a whole lot of Alice in Wonderland stuff and they weren’t even dressed in costumes and I thought they were serving us stuff in the movie but they didn’t and they weren’t even playing the movie it was OK

Update on Beaumont

 Today September 15th at Beaumont I worked in nutritional services with Krista again who I worke in the past with. I did five trays of strawberry sauce. When I walked in there everyone remembered me and was saying hi to me and welcome back they all missed me

Today September 17th at Beaumont first Jackie had me putting hamburger pickles four slices in each container. When I got done with that she had me doing cottage cheese and putting it in containers. Next I made two turkey sandwiches and I cut them into triangles and put them in container. I did two egg sandwiches lastly I did a veggie tray and put that in a container.

September 17th I did two trays of hamburger pickles and one tray of cottage cheese

                                           november 3rd I did 4 carts for trays

Happy birthday Maggie

 Today I can’t believe my cat Maggie is 13 years old I’ve had her since I was 10 years old.

HALLOWEEN WEEK

 The week leading up to Halloween I made a bunch of Halloween themed cookies that are pre made also made cupcakes. This year on Halloween my mom had to work so me my dad and my sister Abbey went to see the play clue first we ate at Fridays it was OK then we saw the play then we came home and I watched Hotel Transylvania with my sister Abbey and ate pumpkin cheesecake to in the night. My dog dressed up as a ghost and the shirt said boo.

NEW JOB SITE

 This school year I will be working atBeaumont still in the kitchen Monday Wednesday Friday

The other days I will be working at national Coney Island. 

Today September 16th Today at national Coney Island after we were done with our shift and we’re getting our pop the manager came over and gave each one of us that was working with my group from school a $10 gift card
