GETTING EXERCISE 💪

An important part of staying healthy is getting exercise. Exercise is any body that maintain physical fitness and overall health. Sitting on the couch watching tv or YouTube is not exercise. Going for a walk  with my family is a great exercise. On my favorite way of getting exercise is playing just dance. A new type of exercise I could try is chair yoga. Since we wall staying home as much as possible due to the virus exercising is very important.
