HEATHLY BODY

 The way I stay is by walking my dog. I like to eat fruit salads everyday. When you prepare meals yourself, you control exactly what goes into them. This makes it easier for you to make the right healthy choices for your body. I like to play on Wii fit.  Don't eat too much junk food. when it gets warm outside I like swimming in the 


pool or playing outside with my dog.
