Going back to Beaumont after Covid keep a mask on

On July 21, 2020, I started back working at Beaumont on Tuesday and Wednesday I worked in the basement first they had me wiping down carts inside and out than they had me with Shelly making 35 egg sandwiches. Then I got stuff for the ladies in the isles making stuff for the karts. Then on Wednesday, I put together 200 trays I wiped them and put the little doily on them. And I don’t really have someone working in the sandwich department where I normally work so they might have me a couple times make sandwiches that I’ve never made before with someone else and they don’t have anyone doing strawberry sauce or cheesecakes because we’re not doing them right now and the salads are already premade. Then on Thursday was my first day back working in the backroom in Mackinac dining room it was a little different in the back room because it was me and John working back there because Bob was on grill station so it was a little different like because they don’t do cups anymore they’re all plastic cups and they don’t do silver wear it’s all disposable and they don’t even do coffee cups it’s disposable cups too so basically all you wash do the dishwasher is the trays that’s pretty easy it was pretty slow working in there but I managed it. You still put the plastic stuff in the other machine like normal John said he was so happy to have me back next week I can’t wait to see Wanda because last week she was on vacation but turns out Elise isn’t working because she got laid off but I miss seeing her but everyone else is still working there. And I forgot to mention as of now they don’t have any jobs available really to do in the cafeteria they said it might be that way for quite some while they don’t have a Lotta jobs there because they got rid of a lot of tables and you know spacing and stuff and now you have to wear a mask everywhere you go in the hospital and the door we normally go and wait for the bus is going to be closed for quite some time they said they don’t know what is going to reopen. Elise is the back at  Beaumont  but she’s not working in the bathroom anymore she got a different job at Beaumont wear she direct people and stuff. Kind of sad I miss seeing her in the background but sometimes I eat lunch with her.

MY VEGETABLE GARDEN

 In April I started the process of getting my vegetables ready and stuff but I found out today some pesky squirrels have knocked over some unripe tomatoes three that were ripe and now they’re on the counter in a bowl ripening because the stupid squirrels knocked them over and or whatever animal it was!!

WHAT HAVE I BEEN UP TO SINCE QUARANTINE STARTED

Well at the beginning of quarantine, I was  Been watching a lot of shows first I started watching family matters on Hulu which I watched about three seasons the whole month of March. Then at the end of the month my mom is off and we were doing little projects like cleaning the house doing some work outside like painting furniture painting the deck cleaning the hall closet cleaning the basement. On the days I wasn’t busy cleaning I would watch A lot of tales from the cryptkeeper, Archies real mysteries, and Ripleys believe it or not and sometimes and occasionally I would  watch some stuff on TV but there wasn’t a whole lot on that I was interested in at the time. Now that it’s July  my mom has gone back to work. Just this week I started cleaning around my greenhouse pulling weeds and sweeping and I got a new watering can which I’m so excited about. I’m so excited because one of my favorite shows came back on animal planet the Bindi Irwin i’m so excited in that show because she got married I’ve been watching that show since it aired in 2017. I always liked watching her dad’s movies crocodile hunter and Bindi was on a show on discovery kids years ago when she was little and I always love that show.

 Today was my Mom" aunt Maxie"s birthday! I miss you so much! so had her favorite chocolate cake and   Pepsi today to remember you thanks for being there.

MY FAVORITE RECIPE I HAVE COOKED

 

                                    Cheesy potatoes

                                First you add one bag of frozen hashbrowns To a bowl. 

                  

Then you melt one stick of butter and set it aside and let it cool then you add it to the hashbrowns. 

Then  you add one can of Cream of chicken soup stir it up. 

.

Then you add four bags of mozzarella and cheddar and make sure you stir it  real good

 Then spray a aluminum Pan then put all the cheesy Potatoes in the pan then you will put four pieces of butter on the cheesy potatoes 

Then bake it in the oven for 350 until golden brown then cover it for a couple minutes before you take it out and there you have it cheesy potatoes.

                              During the summer months the weather outside can get boiling hot!

                 

I know how to prepare for the hot weather. 

Drinking plenty of water 💧 is a great way to stay healthy in the warm weather. 

Taking breaks in the shade is a good way for my body to take a rest from the heat. Wearing light colored clothes can also help me feel not so hot outside. 

One of my favorite things to do in the hot weather is go swimming in my pool.

One way I can stay cool during the hot summer is using my ceiling fan in my room or open my windows in my room!

I like the warm weather my favorite month is the summer months because I can go on vacation and go to work.
