During the year we experience four different season. The four seasons Fall, Winter, Spring and summer. The first day of spring was Saturday March 20th, 2021. The weather changes in spring. The temperature get warm in to the 6os to 70s. Some of the signs of spring in Michigan are flowers sprout and birds singing. Another sign of spring it rains. One of my favorite parts of spring is growing vegetables.
The way I stay is by walking my dog. I like to eat fruit salads everyday. When you prepare meals yourself, you control exactly what goes into them. Leprechauns are actually one reason you’re supposed to wear green on St. Patrick’s Day—or risk getting pinched! The tradition is tied to folklore that says wearing green makes you invisible to leprechauns, which like to pinch anyone they can see. Some people also think sporting the color will bring good luck, and others wear it to honor their Irish ancestry. No wonder green decorations can be seen all over—the Chicago River in Illinois is even dyed green each year to celebrate the holiday.
I like doing my best. Part of doing my best is having good manners. When asking for something, I say please. When receiving something I say thank you. When speaking with a family member, teacher, or friend I don't interrupt when they are speaking. If I want to get someone's attention I can say excuse me. If I am u sure about doing something I should always ask permission. I should always keep my comments positive and try my best to make others feel good. When people ask me how I am doing, I am doing, I remember to say thank you for having me over. These are some of the ways I have good manners.
Last week at school I planned two different types of seeds. I planted flowers seeds and vegetables seeds. The first step to planting my seeds was filling a container with soil. Next, I planted their seeds under the soil. Seeds need sun and water to grow in the soil. I need to be careful not to give too much sun and water. I am looking forward to watching my seeds grow. Eventually, I will bring my plants home to keep growing. I will move my plants outside in the ground or plant them in a larger container inside my house. I am really excited to watch my plants grow and take them home.
